The Glamorgan and Gwent Branch is a long standing Manchester United Supporters Club that was established in 1976.
About us
Since 1976 we have provided thousands of United supporters with tickets and coach travel to Old Trafford. We provide tickets and coach travel to all United home matches and our tickets are always sold at face value making a match day at Old Trafford both affordable and easy to arrange. We have various pick up points across the South Wales region making access simple.
Tickets and Travel
We have an allocation of tickets offered to us by United for each home game which we are able to provide to supporters of our branch on a match by match basis. The tickets are available as Adult, Senior and Junior price ranges and costs vary dependant on which seating blocks United allocate us. All tickets are always sold at face value.
You will need United membership for the current season in order to attend matches so if you do not have membership as yet and would like to join us on matchdays then firstly please arrange your United membership. Purchase membership LITE for adults and Junior membership for Under 16’s.
Tickets are digital and are accessed via the official United App which you will need to have downloaded onto your smartphone.
We provide high quality coach travel with all coaches benefitting from an on board toilet, air conditioning, USB mobile charging points and DVD facilities.
We operate a strict NO ALCOHOL policy on all our coaches. We are a family orientated supporters branch and families and juniors are always welcome. The coach is a safe and friendly environment.
Your United Online Account
If you will be attending matches with family members you will need to link your accounts together with those attending with you. To do this you need to follow the following process. Login in to your United online account by typing into the url line of google tickets.manutd.com
No need to type in www. Once logged in look at the top right hand side where you will see your name and membership number. Select your membership number and a drop down menu will appear. Select General Info.
Select General Info.
Scroll down the page til you see a link called Manage Linked Accounts.
Click the link.
Now choose Create a relationship
Select APP ticketing
At this point leave the input fields as App ticketing and click OK
Does this person exist on our ticketing database? Choose YES
Finally...
Input supporter Id number and Last Name and click IDENTIFY and then CLOSE
Your United App
You will access your tickets via the official Manchester United APP
Please download this App as you will need it to access your match tickets. When you have downloaded the App click and hold down the icon and a drop down menu appears.
One of the options is “Tickets” ….. press and hold down the tickets option. This brings up a new icon called Tickets. Click the Tickets icon and it will open up the App. Your current tickets will be available to see. Anyone in a linked relationship with you will also have their tickets available and these can be found by swiping the ticket to the side revealing further tickets. If you are expecting to see a family members ticket but it isn’t visible then go to your online account and link that person ( as detailed above ).
Your ticket will have a QR code which will show as “live” 3 hours before kick off. This is your ticket to enter the stadium and the ticket will show your entrance number, block / section , row and seat number.
Pick Up Points
We start our journey from Cardiff, where the first pick point is Whitchurch Common. The coach stops at the bus stop in front of the Ararat Baptist Church, next to the former Johnsons Cleaners, Merthyr Road, CF14 1DX. This is approximately 100 yards from the 3 Elms pub. We then call at Malpas, Newport and Hardwick Roundabout, Abergavenny en-route to Old Trafford, Manchester.
